How to make raita for biriyani / Pachadi Recipe / Mixed Vegetable Raita

Raita is a kind of salad in thick yogurt. It is more commonly eaten with briyani and other rice varieties but can also be had with paratha or rotis. I cannot imagine my briyani without a good raita!

Raita

We made this raita for about 5 people, you can change the quantities of each ingredients as per your requirements.
There is no specific measure for this recipe. You can add how much ever you want of the given vegetables. Use thick curd for best tasting raitas.
